What to expect:

• Internal and external coordination and management of digitization projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets

• Supervising, coaching, and leading small project teams while taking overall responsibility

• Preparing offers, initiating first contact with clients, and attending client meetings (by phone or on-site)

What you bring:

• Experience in project or team leadership, and in sales/consulting

• Education and/or further training in project management and/or sales, preferably with knowledge of IT/software development

• Native German speaker or fluent in German, valid work permit for Switzerland

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, motivated personality with drive, enthusiasm, and confidence in working independently

• Integrity and reliability due to the confidentiality of documents
