PROCESS MANAGEMENT
DuMo monitors and evaluates the digitisation process with its own software. This guarantees the highest flexibility and best possible results.
PREPARATION
Preparing paper files for flawless scanning is a very important step in the digitisation process. DuMo attaches great importance to quality in this work and ensures that the work steps can be implemented efficiently.
IMAGE PROCESSING & INDEXING
DuMo attaches great importance to high quality. This includes accurate document assignment and intensive image processing. All assignment features and the image quality are checked several times during the process.
TEMPORARY STORAGE, DESTRUCTION OR RETURN
Depending on the digitization project, it may be appropriate to temporarily store the documents for a short period of time directly after digitization and then destroy them, or to deliver them to any location using our own courier. We offer all of these options. The choice is yours.
CONSULTATION
DuMo evaluates your existing processes, suggests sensible alternatives and develops well thought-out concepts with concrete solutions.
LOGISTICS
If required, files are transported by DuMo with its own courier. DuMo has several couriers on duty. Security and flexibility are thus guaranteed.
SCANNING
We scan your documents with our own software, which is designed for sophisticated digitisation. This can be done in one of our scan centres or on your premises.
FINAL FILES
DuMo has extensive experience in working with a wide range of file formats and ensures that all projects meet client requirements for the delivery of final files in terms of image formats and metadata.
